Poets in the Classroom is a children's book in which 25 contemporary poets introduce themselves to young readers and write an unpublished verse text for them. It is also intended to be a cue for dialogue between the writer and the reader: each author, in fact, accompanies his text with an introduction of himself to the children and an account of his first encounter with poetry.
